I can’t progress to the next module in the course

Usually, if you’re unable to move on to the next module, it’s because you haven’t completed or passed the quiz for the current module.

Most modules end with a quiz that must be completed prior to moving on to the next module. Quizzes are located at the bottom of each module page or in the left-hand course navigation bar.

If you’ve completed and passed the module quiz and are still unable to access the next module, please send us a message on chat and an agent will be in touch with you quickly to resolve the issue.
